Alphabe-Thursday K is for Kaleidoscope

I bought a new photo manipulation programme a while ago. It has some amazing features including what they call "Reflection" effects. One of those is called Kaleidoscope and I can't stop playing with it.

It turned this

into this

and this

into this

I didn't find the letter K very easy. I could have talked about the knife I used to cut the onions yesterday and how it cut my finger instead. I could have talked about my kinfolk, about not having any kids, about Kierkegaard or Khachaturian, but I want to go back and play with my photos some more.

See what other people thought of for the letter K HERE

  1. K was admittedly slim pickens, wasn't it? I actually read the entire K section of the dictionary....for my weekly tribute to Rush...and I'm not Kidding.

I love the Kaleidoscopic treatments! I wouldn't be able to stop playing with it either!!

  10. Oh my. That is lovely. I will not ask what the name of the program is since I barely have time to get everything done in a day already.

But the photos are magnificent! I wonder what it would do it you simply put the letter "K" in the middle of page?

Thank you for a lovely K post!

    A+

  11. Kaleidoscopes are so much fun and I've seen some spectacular ones. Your photo program is wonderful. I haven't used my Adobe Photoshop Elements to its fullest extent, though, so I can't see buying anything else, especially since losing my forensic nursing job of 21 years in San Francisco's massive budget cuts over a year ago....I'll enjoy your creations, though.

  17. What a neat program. It's probably good I don't have it myself, because like Jenny said, I'd be playing with it way too much! I love the layout of you blog, it's lovely. Reminds me of my lavender stress-relief lotion ;-)
